Future Aspirations

I am planning to continue my career in (inter-)national research institutions, including corporations that combine research and consultancy. I am sure that the expertise I gained not only during my PhD but also during my studies of Geography, Sociology and Urban Planning and as a research associate in the DFG-programme “Megacities – Megachallenge. Informal Dynamics of Global Change” is highly supportive in enhancing the knowledge on urban systems, its challenges and possible solutions. Thus, my expertise is highly contributive to the success of future research projects also in the context of practical application.
