New Service offered by the GSGS: the GSGS wiki pages:

Through these wiki pages, we want to offer useful resources to all members, including doctoral candidates, professors, and mentors. Doctoral candidates normally receive access after they have handed in their Supervision Agreement. Members will be sent their personal login name and initial password in the coming days by email. Should you not have received your personal login details by the end of this month, please let us know.

As wiki pages are, they will develop dynamically.

To start with, we offer two broad topics:

1) Academic English. This part contains a set of Information Sheets and Worksheets on different English language topics in academic writing. They were created especially for GSGS members by Anne Wegner and Lesley-Anne Weiling of Write English. Explore and have fun learning about academic English!
2) Writing Support / Schreibberatung. This part contains a number of worksheets, currently only in German, on various aspects of the writing process that could help you during its various stages. We are working on their translation into English.

Besides, the GSGS Doctoral Council got access to their own part of the GSGS wiki pages and they will start populating it with useful information for you, soon.
